To the staff and management of Signxtreme,
I have taken some time out of my schedule today to write an email to provide some feedback on the service I received recently from your Miami shop front.
My wife and I run a private psychology practice and have found it very difficult to get our new office out at Burleigh up and running since the start of the year. There have been so many dealings with multiple companies such as Telstra, builders and electricians, energy companies and other sign writers that have left us with a real mistrust in the way business is being conducted on a day to day basis. Having spent the last 15 years in both sales and Health Care we have seen the steady decline in good old fashion service and professionalism and it has been disheartening to say the least.
From my brief experience with the individuals I encountered at your business I would like to say their attitudes were positive and their service is easily setting the standard in your industry. From the friendly demeanour of the young girl who was working on the Saturday when I picked up the products, to Joel who was direct, prompt and ensured that I was looked after with the quote; I was glad to find people that simply did what they are employed to do.
My wife reminded me of your store front that is not far from our home. We drive by it every day. I pulled in one afternoon and spoke with the young girl with blonde hair and she outlined your procedures. She was to the point, friendly and helpful. Then I went through the process of emailing our quote. Despite making a mistake on my end Joel was understanding and actually spoke to me as if he valued my business. Well done mate! From here on in there were technical difficulties with reading the quote on my computer and Joel went out of his way to ensure that I had exactly what I needed and he met me personally with three printouts.
I assure you that after dealing with others for three weeks you were a breath of fresh air to my sanity. Please believe that with every patient phone call, every small extra effort, and actually knowing the details of how your company works, your customers will value their experiences with you and return.
